The Story of Unity
Lady Rose surveys the land with the blue sea on two sides and the mountains behind,
tis a lovely place. She asks "Ye are sure Lord Quin tis the land ye want? With a smile
the chubby Lord Quin says, "Of course my dear, tis a perfect place why do ye ask?"
Lady Rose replies:"Well, tis so close to Lord Dracul and his evil forest (she shutters at using
the foul name). "Aye tis the whole point (with a wink) I figure if my kingdom were built
here Dracul would see how strong we are and how united we have become" Says Lord Quin.
Then Lord Quin smiled grew, Oh what a wonderful name for my Kingdom, Unity, no better a name for a kingdom made up of people from all the races on PenDragon.
Lady Rose smiles and nods. Wandering towards a cliff she ponders the words of Lord Quin
turning she says "tis yours then M'Lord." Lord Quin rushs up and hugs the fair lady,
"Thank ye M'Lady and when we are done you will be invited to a huge festival."
Lady Rose steps into the stirrups of her steed and waves,
"I shall await the day M'Lord!" she replies as she rides off to her home.
After she arrives and enters her home Lady Rose goes straight to Library.
Inside the room are books and maps spread everywhere. She walks to a huge map of
PenDragon hanging on the wall. There she marks the Kingdom of Unity's boarders.
She then sits at the desk and opens a very old book where inside it she writes the
kingdoms name and the Lords name. As she closes the books she mumbles to herself,
"Tis done now my fathers, everything ye have asked, the lands of Pendragon be now
divided and taken amongst all the kingdoms. My task be now finished at last as I be
the last of the Captains Childrens,childrens.
She gets up and blows out the candle. Tomorrow is a new day.
